Can You Integrate This?

Tonight’s New Moon is in the geometric pattern of a kite, meaning that the conjunction between the Sun and the Moon is in alignment with several other planets, creating the shape of a kite:

I am not one to cast a specific outcome because the truth is, the world is filled with infinite possibilities. So the best I can do is poetically share the energies that are present:

The personal and collective spirit (Sun-Moon conjunction) is floating and drowning (opposite to Neptune) in the buoyant freedom (sextile to Jupiter-Uranus) of our current moment, slowly and loudly empowering us to creatively evolve (trine to Pluto).

New Moons are a great time to set intentions and plant the seeds for a new endeavor.

Archetypal News

Did you catch the live stream of the Apple event on September 12th? As always, the company flawlessly weaved brilliant design and beautiful storytelling into the advertisement of its products.

Apple’s approach to simplicity and elegance in creativity has undeniably stood the test of time.

Perhaps it has something to do with its inception in 1976, which synchronistically is the exact same alignment we are in today: Saturn square Uranus.

Saturn symbolizes:

  • Matter
  • Past
  • Tradition
  • Limitation
  • Structure

Uranus symbolizes:

  • Energy
  • Future
  • Innovation
  • Liberation
  • Creativity

So when Saturn and Uranus come into alignment, we generally witness these themes:

  • Paradigm shifts
  • Structural collapses
  • Practical inventiveness
  • Technological and scientific advances
  • Techinical breakdowns

Saturn-Uranus is essentially the archetype of the engineer because it brings together physical structure and electrical energy.

Apple established itself in a cosmological climate that is known for producing paradigm shifts.

What is also interesting about Saturn-Uranus periods is the idea that:

  1. the past (Saturn) is seen through a new (Uranus) lens
  2. the future (Uranus) embraces elements of the old (Saturn)

Are you beginning to feel “Back to the Future” vibes? Well, you know what I'm going to say...it's no coincidence. The first film was released in 1985 during a Saturn-Uranus conjunction.

Saturn-Uranus loves to play with time.

So it’s no coincidence (should I stop saying it?) that despite Apple’s consistent update of high-tech iPhones, Gen Z is ironically going forward to the past by ditching their iPhones for flip phones.

“Retro,” “vintage,” and “nostalgia” are buzzwords circulating this latest trend. The relentless speed of the new (Uranus) is meeting its slow and old (Saturn) friend.

And how interesting that it is the young (Uranus) generation that is finding pleasure in the ways of the past (Saturn).

Saturn-Uranus Continued

I recently shared a piece on X (formerly Twitter) about the deep diachrony of the gold paperclip chain necklace which has been trending for the past few years, and how I found a painting from 1475 in The MET of a woman wearing the exact same necklace.

It was a deeply synchronistic Saturn-Uranus experience. You can read through it on my X feed.

Numinous Realm

To bring the theme of Saturn-Uranus back full circle, I’d like to introduce you all to a Saturn-Uranus figure. The person who is behind all this work—the work of Numinous Realm—Abeer Desai.

Abeer is my fiancé and co-founder. He founded Numinous Realm in 2016 while he was in graduate school in California studying with Archetypal Cosmology founder, Richard Tarnas and Transpersonal Psychology pioneer, Stanislav Grof.

Abeer also became an abstract expressionist painter for several years, experimenting with the act of consciously bringing the unconscious planetary archetypes onto the canvas. You can view some of his work on Instagram.

Abeer was born in the year 1987, during the Saturn-Uranus conjunction. So it is only fitting that he named Numinous Realm’s proprietary research tool the HistoryEngine.

Remember when I said Saturn-Uranus is the archetype of the engineer, and that in its essence it loves to play with time? Well, Abeer is carrying and expressing those energies quite profoundly.

I met Abeer in graduate school in 2019, and the rest is history in the making. Together, we’re mapping the rhythm of history by collecting artifacts from the past and the present, and tagging them to planetary alignments in the HistoryEngine. Most of this work is rigorous research, which is what we spent many years solely doing. However, we’ve entered a new era—the era of production.

It was evident what was occurring—realizing that if astrology is real, then we have to create with it. We have to bring it to the larger world, not just through academia but through commerce as well.

It’s like the moment Einstein’s theory of relativity gets translated into GPS and puts Google on the map––when physics becomes productized.

This is essentially what Numinous Realm is doing. It’s translating the cosmic and abstract into something human and concrete.

Integrate This

So what are we producing? Numinous Realm is birthing an art + fashion brand called Integrate This. We’re taking our research in deep history and pioneering a new design system based on planetary archetypes.

The mission of Integrate This is to enable deep participation with the zeitgeist by bringing the collective unconscious into aesthetic reality. We’ll be launching collections in correlation with planetary movements, introducing a paradigm-shifting concept of archetypal + participatory branding.

We just launched our social media campaign, and our limited edition product will be unveiled at the end of this month.

Take a peek at our brand video:

Check out our website, follow our social media accounts, and subscribe to the e-mail newsletter if you want to stay updated on the launch: https://integratethis.earth/

Abeer and I are excited to bring the depths of the stars down to the practicality of the streets.

We hope you will join us on this journey, and help facilitate the birth of a new era––what we like to call the Age of Enchantment.

Thank you for reading and for your support.

With cosmic reverence,

Somya
